Michael Murphy
Michael Murphy is the Founder, Managing Partner, and Chief Executive Officer of Rosecliff, a leading alternative asset management firm. He also serves as the Chairman of the firm’s Management Committee and co-head of its Investment Committee.
Michael began his financial services career in fixed income at Oppenheimer. Prior to founding Rosecliff in 2015, he was a serial entrepreneur in the financial services industry. Michael was the founder of an investment banking firm and a long short hedge fund. Early in his career, he became a prominent angel investor in various high growth technology businesses. Michael is currently a regular contributor on Fox Business Network, bringing his expertise and experience on trends in the private equity, venture capital, and equity markets.
Michael graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Michael currently resides in New York City with his wife and six children.
